Structure As regards building methods, we can clasify ARCAT products inside metallic balloon frames. This building method is about the making of a structural iron "cage", with external and internal coatings containing the thermal insulation. The structural design does not only take into account the acting loads at the moment of service, but also those coming from the way they are transported. Insulation Thermal insulation, made by glass wool, polyurethane or polystyrene, according to specification, allows reaching demanding insulation rates and neutralization of thermal bridges. ARCAT modular units provide the same unchangeable quality in every weather condition. Installations Installations are determined under the same criteria, and cover depending on the product, channeling, panels, thermal or acoustic conditioning, fire alarm and control systems, anti-burglary systems, failure detection, access and environment controls, and any other necessary element to provide an effective service. Ways of transportation ARCAT products are developed as hoistable, portable by traction or wheeled modular units. They can be transported by any means of air, sea or land transport. Technical standards ARCAT modular units are developed, estimated and verified according to demanding standards.
